What information do we collect?
When you place your order or register with BayFront Treasures, information is collected, such as your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers, credit card information or other information.
We also collect information about any gift recipients, such as their names, shipping address and information put on a gift card. This is the only way we can fulfill the purchase for your gift recipient. The information gathered is solely used for your order and is not used for any other purpose.

The only information released by us regarding our customers is when it's necessary to comply with the law, protect ours or others' rights, property and safety or to enforce our site policies.
