What information do we collect?
When you place your order or register with BayFront Treasures, information is collected, such as your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers, credit card information or other information.
We also collect information about any gift recipients, such as their names, shipping address and information put on a gift card. This is the only way we can fulfill the purchase for your gift recipient. The information gathered is solely used for your order and is not used for any other purpose.
What are "cookies"?
We use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites.
Cookies are little files that a website and/or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if your browser allows it). This enables our site and or the service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. • You can opt-out of our newsletters, the occasional email or promotions, simply by going to "How Can I Opt-Out?" Obviously, if you haven't "Opted In", then you will not receive any of this information initially. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and 'members-only' content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.
• If you want to opt-out, remove or modify your information that you have provided to us? Simply contact us via email at customerservice@bayfronttreasures.com and let us know your needs. If you want removed from emails, simply type "remove" in the subject line. Allow 24-48 hours for this to take effect. Only information regarding orders and transaction will be kept on file for our record keeping and tax purposes.
• We do not disclose information about our customers. We do not sell, transfer or trade anything to outside parties. The only information released by us regarding our customers is when it's necessary to comply with the law, protect ours or others' rights, property and safety or to enforce our site policies.
• We protect our visitor's information by a variety of measures that help us to maintain security with your personal information being provided to BayFront Treasures. When placing orders with us, your information is secure and only accessible by someone that has special access rights that keep your information confidential. We have a secure server. All sensitive material, including your credit card information, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases.
• And changes to our policy will be posted on this page as soon as they are implemented. Check back often to view any changes. We will highlight those changes for you so you do not need to read the entire article each visit.
